Terms of use and sale
These terms cover this website and the digital downloads sold through it by Clinic Revenue Guides (Jenny Chhabra). By buying or using the products, you agree to them.
Educational content, not advice
Everything on this site and in the products is general educational information. It is not legal, coding, billing, compliance or medical advice, and it doesn't guarantee payment from any payer. Medicare rules change and vary by Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC), state and payer. Confirm current rules with your MAC and official CMS publications before you make billing decisions, and consider having a certified coder review new workflows. Bill only for services that were medically necessary, actually furnished and properly documented.
Dollar figures are 2026 national, unadjusted Medicare Physician Fee Schedule amounts unless stated otherwise. Your actual payment depends on locality, payer, documentation and medical necessity. Workbook results are estimates, not predictions or promises.
Not affiliated
Clinic Revenue Guides is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS, HHS, the AMA, X12, xAI, Tebra or any payer. CPT® is a registered trademark of the American Medical Association; code descriptions are paraphrased. Other trademarks belong to their owners.
License
- Staff guides, kits and toolkits: licensed for use within one practice (all staff under one tax ID). You may print and copy them for that practice.
- Patient handouts: one clinic (all of its locations) may print unlimited copies for its own patients and edit the Word files for that use.
- You may not resell, redistribute, share with other practices, or post the files publicly. For multi-practice use, email me.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered as downloads right after payment. Nothing physical is shipped.
Downloads and refunds
Because products are instant digital downloads, all sales are final. If a file won't open, is corrupted, or you were charged twice, email me and I'll fix it or make it right. See the download policy.
Accuracy
I work to keep everything accurate and cite official sources, but I can't guarantee the content is complete, error-free or current after its edition date. If you find an error, please email me.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Clinic Revenue Guides is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including denied claims, recoupments, penalties or lost revenue, arising from use of the products. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
