Privacy policy

Privacy

Short version: I collect as little as I can, I never sell it, and I never want patient information.

What this website collects

This website is a set of static pages. It has no accounts, no sign-up forms, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. The hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and pages requested, for security and reliability.

When you buy something

Checkout is run by Payhip, with payments processed by Stripe or PayPal. They collect what's needed to complete the sale: your name, email address, billing country and payment details. I receive your name, email, what you bought and the amount. I never see or store your full card number. See Payhip's privacy policy, plus Stripe's and PayPal's.

When you email me

I keep your email and our conversation so I can help you, sort out file or billing problems and send file updates you're entitled to (for example, the 2027 update promised in the Medicare kit).

Emails from me

I may email practices about these guides. Every email includes a way to opt out. Reply "stop" or email [email protected] and I'll remove you and won't email you again.

What I don't do

  • I don't sell, rent or trade your information.
  • I don't ask for or want protected health information (PHI). Please don't send it. The products are designed to work without it.

Your choices

You can ask me what I have about you, or ask me to delete it, by emailing [email protected]. Some purchase records have to be kept for tax and accounting reasons.

Changes

If this policy changes, I'll update this page and the date below.
